in her blood, there's no reason why she should be held in New Jersey. That said, I was looking forward to her eventual complaints about low thread count sheets and scratchy towels and string beans when she asked for sugar snap peas.

Not the lack of running water, no shower, using a portable toilet, no heat/air conditioning, refusing access to her lawyer, no phone/internet, etc?

quarantine when she arrived there once the fever turned out not to be, and the blood had no virus. That said, she lost all goodwill with me with her angry screed about how she's a hero and nobody else is doing anything about ebola, blah blah, attacking the low-wage state and customs drones just following orders, and crying, and granola bars, etc. I just don't care about her complaints, I really don't. She's not a regular Nancy Nurse, look at her bio and CDC experience, her reaction was outsized and hysterical.

This is 100% politically motivated and has nothing to do with medical treatment.

that borne out, they were right to take her to a facility--that's sound and responsible medicine. Once the blood test came back negative, that should have been enough to let her travel home, at that point. (Although it's not a conclusive sign of no ebola--Dr. Brantly's first blood test came back negative and he was already symptomatic.)
