Here is someone who lived with what was essentially an artificial heart, got a NEW heart, which most people are not able to do, and the first public appearance was to spew more hate.

12. I missed my one opportunity to knock him flat on his ass

It was in the Pentagon and I almost walked right into him because I really wasn't looking where I was going.

He was the SECDEF and I was a lowly USAF Staff Sergeant.

We almost got our chocolate and peanut butter mixed together… Ah, lost opportunities.

Another lost opportunity was the time I almost slammed into Justice Sandra Day O'Connor's limo because it appeared out of nowhere in front of me, coming out of the underground parking garage behind the Supreme Court building.

That's the thing about DC, you never know who you're going to run into and chances are good that everyone knows who they are if you actually do.
