Then you probably are for unions. You do see that they support the same concept. To put it another way what would workers be paid if we had neither? If it were 5 cents an hour, management would still be bemoaning what a waste of capital and they would be looking for ways to lower it! I've also used the concept: what if the shoe was on the other foot? What if management were in charge of all the decisions that they are currently, except that the workers decide what the salaries would be (of management and workers)?
