In the U.S. Container Store CEO Kip Tindell says higher wages for retail workers is actually good for business and the economy. COntainer store retail workers make twice the national retail average annually $50,000. Tindell says that creates highly productive workers and lowers turnover. Tindell is taking over as the new Chair of the National Retail Federation later this month. He recently told Bloomberg news that hes workignto get the business retail group to moderate its views on raisingthe minimum wage for retail workers.

Treating your employees right is good for business. In addition to lowering turnover it create good press.

i have gone to 2 locations and both are like that.
