Instead of teams racing around to SWAT the Ebola bug, there should be training teams

sent to regional hospitals selected based on their ability to isolate and evaluate possible Ebola patients.

And instead of directing incoming travelers who develop symptoms to call whatever health care provider they happen to be near, they could be directed to those hospitals for immediate isolation and evaluation.
