I was talking to someone earlier today who claimed this. When I googled it, all I could find was sources I didn't think were trustworthy, so Im asking here. Did she or is this just another RW lie? Thanks!

(75,480 posts)1. Look up Open Secrets.org.
They list all candidates and their donors. It's the most reliable source of campaign contributions that I know of. I would post a link but can't from this device. Google willget you there.
I'll look it up and book mark it.

(68,644 posts)3. Since 2000, $1.4M to Dems, $10.2M to Republicans.
Since 2000, KochPAC has given more than $1.4 million to Democratic candidates, leadership PACs and party committees, according to numbers compiled by Congressional Quarterlys Moneyline.
The DSCC even asked the Kochs to donate in 2011 inviting them to a private donor retreat on South Carolinas Kiawah Island in exchange for a five-figure contribution. The Kochs released audio of DSCCs then-Chairwoman Patty Murray soliciting funds from them. The DSCC later called the request a staff error.
Democrats note that the cash the Kochs have given to the party pales in comparison to the massive sums of money their network of nonprofits and outside groups has spent against Democratic interests and Democratic candidates. The PAC is a relatively small share of the Kochs overall political giving with millions being spent through nonprofit organizations like Americans for Prosperity and the Center to Protect Patient Rights.

KochPAC has given $10.2 million to Republican candidates since 2000.

I've been over at the website the other poster mentioned. It's a lot of data to digest.

A side question... if they did offer her money, what are the odds she would accept it? I'd say better than even odds on that one.
