2. All very basic common sense steps that I would have expected hospitals to do without having to be
specifically told.
That they weren't just confirms my belief that hospitals are only in it for the money and don't give a damn about patients. |

3. Hospitals should be able to handle infectious disease and isolation ...
... they have proven they cannot, so I guess this really is necessary

4. Hospitals are now run by businessmen, not medical profssionals.
Businessmen don't spend a dime they're not told to.
