Sorry but I'm getting sick and tired of these money begging emails

I've had up to 15 emails everyday begging for money. And this election cycle they have been raw in the "guilt" language like "IF you don't send at least $3 by midnight YOU are to blame for losing the election. I'm thinking about unsubscribing to every one of these Dem sites.

Example.

The ActBlue report says it all: We’re FAILING. Democrats will lose if things don’t change NOW, Mason.

If we don’t raise $22,138 by midnight, Republicans will LIE and CHEAT and suppress OUR voters because top Democrats like YOU DID NOTHING to stop them.

IT’S A GOP DREAM:

We’ll LOSE in Wisconsin.
We’ll LOSE in Kansas and Florida.
We’ll let WENDY DAVIS LOSE in Texas.
If we don’t have $22,138 by MIDNIGHT – DEMS WILL LOSE EVERYWHERE.

ALL GIFTS DOUBLED TO STOP A NATIONAL DEMOCRATIC FAILURE IN THE MAKING:

If you've saved payment info with ActBlue Express, your donation to the DGA will go through immediately:

Ordinary laboring people deserve a larger piece of the pie.

We just CAN'T.

So. The solution is for DEMOCRATIC politicians and DEMOCRATIC VOTERS to get their asses busy and make it a #1 priority to OVERTURN CU and RESTORE the goddamned VRA or something that does the same thing the VRA does. Until that happens (at the very least) - there's nothing else we can do but give our measely few bucks and VOTE VOTE VOTE.

Please think about that before posting these "I hate these damn money requests" posts, OK? Most of these candidates are spending every bit of energy they have to try to make this world a better place. They have dedicated their lives to it.

Unfortunately (just ask Senator Sanders) most are forced to spend all of that energy dialing for dollars, as well as most of their staff, if they have that much.

Really, if this bothers you, do something about it. No, this is not guilt, no do not send money if you do not want to, but change funding of elections.

Otherwise, it is just idle banter, and it smacks of wanting to dilute what Dems (this is a Democratic supporting site) can raise. Either way, cut it out. The election is upon us. Make us win!

I just gave!!! I gave to the DNC, the Senatorial campaign, and the Governors campaign. Gave to all three of 'em. Just a couple of days ago!!! And THEN they were all begging and desperate and hope is lost and everybody has a sob story and everybody needs money... What did they do with what I just gave them? And I tried to wait and watch for "double your gift" or "your donation will be tripled!" and pitch in on those, because even a little goes farther then. And dammit - here they come again! All DAY!

I hate to delete or unsubscribe, and yes I want them to win, but dammit, I JUST FRICKIN' GAVE!!!! I gave ALREADY. And they still want more! But I gave already. Don't have any more. So 'fraid I'm DONE for awhile.
