(725 posts)Terry Nichols (from prison) said there were explosives that had not been recovered and that an FBI agent (provocateur) had handled them. A mad rush ensued to recover those explosives and Holder tried to obstruct it to protect the government. They were recovered and fingerprints of the FBI agent were on them. Of course that information never got beyond court documents and the FBI agent never went to prison.
Also I saw marijuana in your list. After California legalized medical marijuana, the DOJ cracked down HARD on landlords who rented to LEGAL dispensary businesses and banks who held their business accounts. It's was a form of indirect harassment and caused dispensaries to close. They also prosecuted people selling LEGALLY, including one guy, in his thirties, who got 10 YEARS in federal prison for violating federal law while he was acting perfectly legal under state laws.
I have no idea why anyone likes Holder. IMO, he should be in prison (along with Alberto Gonzales).
