I was told to watch the black people in the store more closely when they came in. And also to watch Indian or middle eastern women with big purses that would be more apt put stolen stuff in there.

It all kind of fits!

I of course liked to catch the white guy stacking records next to some cheap pizza boxes, and another white couple who put an Atari game system in a baby crib box!

We need to get the cops and other people arresting people more looking at actions and behaviors in going after criminals than profiling them based on their skin color!
