It's "Invoke Ray-Gun Week" in Washington.

Bombings and pissing away money to refurbish an aging nuclear weapons arsenal..

Such a great endeavor needs a good nickname.

Paint all of our new nukes red, with a white bottle cap looking thingy..

and call the entire new arsenal..

The Ray-Gun 'Nucular' Ketchup Arsenal.
(the way we name things after political people, schools, roads etc)

We can also promote the vegetable, ketchup to children, the way Ronny did.
