Remember "Punitive Damages"?

They've actually been curtailed by legislation in some cases.

It's time to reintroduce good old punishment.

Since generating profits is the sole purpose of our co-citizen/rights-sharing corporations, the punishment for illegality should have a proportionate impact on their PROFITS.

Countrywide, BofA, etc. have recently paid tinyass fines for grandtheft. Criminality is now reclassified as negligence and voila!

Holder needs to pick a side and start the prosecutions. I remember the S&L crisis -- hell, I was a headhunter in Banking at the time - and MANY, many people went to jail. BIG MONEY was forfeited.

WE THE PEOPLE need to hold our country accountable. It's our responsibility to do so. As there's been no attempt to press criminal charges, We should sue the crap out of the malpracticioners in civil court.
