Anyone else think that all Allen West speeches be accompanied by theremin music?

I just think it would be so, so fitting.

Is Mentok the Mind Taker from, "Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law," (also the original Birdman cartoon in the 60s). He can provide the theremin noises.
