Some republicans in congress are rattling sabers for

the President to bomb ISIS in Syria and send in ground troops..

Wouldn't they have to authorize it first and could the President demand they pay for any military action with the end of all tax breaks for big oil?

Full support before he takes any actions regarding the bombing of Syria. This way if it becomes a cluster then he can share the blame with the Republicans in Congress!

wouldn't that open him up for a lawsuit? Congress is suppose to declare war. Oh, thats right, they are on vacation, again.

They are playing this game of saying the president should act on its own because it absolves them of taking a vote that could come back later to haunt them.

Of course you can be sure that as soon as the president does act the right fringe lunatics will accuse him of overstepping his authority. Dammed if you do, Dammed if you dont. This congress is not the least productive in history for nothing. Somehow it coincides with having the first black president...
