That kinda looks like a still from a movie to me, or some other type of posed picture.

Some reports at the time said this happened off-set, "on a Florida Highway." But it actually was part of the movie shoot.

video after video of those "90 %" (or whatever) of "good cops" STOPPING the ten percent from beating the shit out of someone or shooting someone or otherwise violating the rights of the average American.

I absolutely guarantee you that the cop with the milk jugs, and all the rest, for that matter, can and has gone from officer friendly to kicking the crap out of someone in so short a time it can be measured with a micrometer.

First, he absolutely refused to arrest young guys who were drinking too much. Instead he got them in the car and drove them to their homes so they could sleep it off. I think this was in response to that fact that occasionally his own son was brought home by his friends in a not so great condition.

The second story is about his efforts to keep kids out of trouble. Often times the kids would be roaming around the streets very late at night. He knew that even if he told them to go home they would not. So he started taking them to the local dump to shoot rats for a couple hours using the guns from the office and the lights on the squad car. Then he would drive them home.

He was not the best policeman in the world but the kids in that community loved him.
