1. Unfortunately districts are gerrymandered -8 Democrats.

And 'Obama Only' voters will stay home.

2. I was thinking about the huge disparity of white vs. black Representatives in Ferguson

and what the head of the local Democratic Party said yesterday on MSNBC. She criticized the national DNC for not enough support and taking the black vote for granted without doing anything to help with their problems. She also said that the lack of hope led to very poor black voter turnout. Wouldn't what happened in Ferguson the last several days be a perfect opportunity to register and motivate them to get out and vote? Couldn't what happened there be used to motivate Democrats and potential Democrats nationwide to get registered and vote in these mid terms?

We should not miss this opportunity, which may help to stop this long term trend of unarmed black men being gunned down by police!

3. Registered voters. Unfortunately, Likely voters is the problem.

If everyone eligible went to the polls, we Democrats would win in a landslide.
