5. This may ensure we take back the House.

I think the Senate is totally beyond their reach now.

9. No, this is a resoluiton affecting only the House.

Since it is the House of Representatives and the Speaker suing, the Senate has no say in it.

If it was the Congress as a whole, then yes, the Senate would have to vote on it.

Any bets on how much total we (DNC, DCCC, various PACS and organizations) raise?

22. Hey

as long as they are grandstanding, they can get donations, pontificate and fail to do a fucking thing they were sent to Congress to do - which is represent the best interests of their constituents. That seems to be the thing Republicans do best - waste everyone's time, money and energy.

Anything to avoid doing their job.

Who said "Don't bother with the lawsuit, just go with impeachment proceedings." Hardly a voice of wisdom in the wilderness.

19. Can't put together a jobs bill

can't figure out how to fund repairing our decaying infrastructure, can immediately send $225 million to Israel with unanimous support, and can waste time, money and resources to sue the President in petty revenge that is about as likely to amount to something as a flea fart in a tornado.

Tell me again how they are against wasteful spending?

23. And this from a Congress that has only

7% approval from the American people! Congress has become a joke. Does whatever
the Congressmen say or do carry any weight with us American people anymore?

How about Congress suing itself for having done and still doing the worst job in the world?

http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/the-fix/wp/2014/06/20/7-percent-of-people-approve-of-the-job-congress-is-doing-thats-the-same-number-who-can-name-our-first-four-presidents/

29. This sure underlines a big point...

That Republicans have completely lost hope
of ever winning another popular election.
All they've got are spitballs and dumb tactics
like suing the President. Sucks to be them.
