Ryan's proposal on the budget and block granted domestic programs for the poor is a lie and a fraud. They will be like Reagan's community mental health centers. They won't exist. The states would not likely use the money to help poor people. All Ryan's plan is is a scam to actually turn these programs over to churches and non profit charities that are not capable of doing these programs.

As a result economically vulnerable populations and the poor will have nothing to fall back on. We will look more and more like so many third world countries where people live and die in the streets.

The fact than this evil bastard has any credibility at all is just criminal.

2. Combining individual programs into one and using a block grant does only one thing...

starve the programs by reducing the grant funds year after year. Typical of Ryan to try and sell decimating programs for the poor as 'helping' them by 'streamlining' them.
