Georgia physician republican lawmaker voices concern immigrants from S America carry Ebola virus

http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2014/07/14/ga-republican-tries-to-stir-up-fears-that-immigrant-children-are-carrying-ebola-virus-2/

"Rep. Phil Gingrey (R-GA) wrote a letter to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) containing unsubstantiated claims that the recent surge in immigrants from Central America has brought with it the Ebola virus, Mother Jones reported..."

As reported, Gingrey pushed for legislation opposing mandatory vaccinations. This goober doesn't believe in mandatory immunizations, EXCEPT when it might help him politically. He is a physician!

who certified Gingrey for the state medical board? (Ayn) Rand Paul?
