More than half of the country has a message for former Republican vice-presidential nominee Sarah Palin: enough.
That's the result from a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal/Annenberg poll in which 54 percent of voters say they've heard enough from Palin and would prefer that she be less outspoken in political debates.
That includes nearly two-thirds of Democrats, a majority of independents, and even nearly four-in-10 Republicans.
And the results come as Palin has called for President Barack Obama's impeachment.

(51,076 posts)lot of good comes from it. She's siphoning money from the real pols, she keeps the base happy that she's in their corner and they all agree with her so they must be on to something if thats the case they really think that. Any and everyone that even matters knows she's a kook, a has been. As Keith Obermann used to say, That woman is an idiot. I think she helps more than she hurts. I think that every time she opens her mouth she is reminding us that we really do need to get off our asses and vote.

(5,842 posts)I figure that makes up any moderates left in the party plus the pro-business/non-fundy Chamber of Commerce wing of the party.
Either way you want to look at it that should pretty much disabuse anyone (outside of Bill Kristol) that her future in national politics is over.
