Nichelle Nichols, who played the character 'Uhura' in the original TV show 'Star Trek,' met President Obama in the White House back in February. But she finally received this photo in the mail yesterday, according to her Twitter feed, with the caption "Taken 2/29/12 in the Oval Office - Live Long & Prosper!"

A Vulkan president, would blow the head of most member of the GOP, and maybe even most of the voters, who vote GOP..... One the other hand, it would have been nice to have a Vulcan President in the White House - the logic a Vulcan President have, is maybe exactly what US need this days.. I for one, would like to be standing next to Uhuru  . She was great in Star Trek - and i have all the movies, and series, and looking forward to the next installment who is due 2013...
