General Petraeus hangs McCain out to dry...

Senator John McCain has been making the argument that President Obama should fire his entire intelligence people and hire folks like General David Petraeus and others that were involved in the Iraq War surge.

General Petraeus was clear to make a distinction between his and Senator McCain's comments:

“If there is to be support for Iraq, it has to be support for a government of Iraq. That is, a government of all the people, and that is representative of and responsive to all elements of Iraq,” Petraeus said, according to The Spectator. “President Obama has been quite clear on this: This cannot be the United States being the air force for Shia militias or a Shia on Sunni Arab fight. It has to be a fight of all of Iraq against extremists.”

10. He certainly *does* know his own position: it is the opposite of whatever Obama does or wants

to do, regardless of how appropriate Obama's position is, and even if Obama's position is the one McCain himself and other Republicans held just a brief moment earlier.

13. Absolutely. But in doing so he is confusing himself...

"CLOSE GITMO."

"Take the new prisoner to GITMO."

"My position is very clear."

OPPS.

2. McCain was outraged Obama did not consult Petraeus, now he will be outraged that he did?

Really, media, why do you keep this man in the limelight he richly does not deserve?

3. You have to understand, McCain lost to a Black man, not acceptable in his tiny

feeble mind.

He hates that Black man for beating him.

5. Incidentally what does McCain call a black man, it starts with an "n"

Oh yeah, nothing. Instead he clasps his hands to his mouth, grunts and gurgles. Chokes a bit, mumbles, crosses his eyes and jumps up and down and gets red-faced but doesn't say anything. People that pass him by wonder what his trying to say, but nobody knows.

referred to Obama in a debate?

No, other than that I cant give you a quote where McCain said he was furious for losing to him

18. YOu dont think the reason McCain ALWAYS opposes EVERYTHING Obama

does is because he is pissed that he lost to a Black man and he was the first white man to do so?

You dont realize that?

Wow...have a good day

15. I think we're seeing Petraeus enter the 2016 presidential race.

He already had Ailes with him for 2012. How will the Tea Party respond?

16. Thank you, sir

An Iraqi government by and for Iraqis is the last thing the imperialist neoconservatives want, and always has been the last thing they want.

Of course, that's a reason why Maliki has to go, but it's up to the Iraqi people, preferably united Sunni and Shia, to give him the bad news.

20. St. John McCain is becoming Senile

He should have retired when he still had his Honor intact. Like Marshall Petain, He is betting on the wrong Horse.
