1. This list makes me glad that I don't have a TV to watch.

Manchin is a DINO and I don't know much about Gabbard. Gutierrez is okay; however, his main focus is on immigration issues. The Republicans are unbearable.

It's no wonder that the ratings for the Sunday morning talk shows are tanking.

2. Mike McCaul is Tom Delay's redistricting pick.

His district extends all the way from Austin to Katy, Tx (just west of Houston.)

People in Katy and the rural areas elect him, but he doesn't represent me or
my area of Austin who used to be represented by Lloyd Doggett.

I hate redistricting.

4. Thank goodness the media is liberal or they would be ALL Republicans.

I'm sure they were looking for hawks to book for their shows this morning. The media are owned by companies that heavily support the war machine, so they want to drum up as much support as they can for going into Iraq. I notice that Lindsey Graham, in particular, is going to be a very busy little bee this morning. I expect to see a 'major event' soon that will make going back into Iraq an absolute must. Iraq War Part Trois, coming soon.
