Question about 401k

My 401k is up 3.75% year to date and only has 0.02% fees charged. How is this possible? I have seen several posts on DU that it's a scam to take my money. And the fees will always take all the profit away from me and give it to the "banker gangsters." So my statement must be wrong somehow. Its not being administered by a 3 employee local credit union so I don't understand how the "banker gangsters" could let this happen.
