The real problem is that the only purpose of that "embassy" is to be the seat of power of the imperial viceroy. As long as adhere to a sensible policy toward Iraq -- meaning we don't pursue Bush's project of remaking an entire Middle Eastern country in the image of the platform of the Republican Party of the United States -- we have no need for that monstrosity.
