Guantanamo prison is illegal
Indefinite detention and "interrogation camps" in general both violate the Geneva Convention. Detention without charge or trial for over a decade is unconstitutional and un-American. Swap or no swap, those people still there should given trials immediately (which, after 10 years isn't exactly Due Process is it?) or immediately released.

1. Our Government ignores international rules when convenient
Because, honestly, who is going to enforce those rules?

4. So is mass spying on Americans. So are "Kill Lists."
And even more important than that they are illegal, is that they are wrong.
