Congress passes bill to allow highway construction to continue, yet Zimmermann dominates

the first 40 minutes of Lawrence O'Donnell's show.

Yes, there is interest in what is going on with Zimmerman, but there are just as many other important issues that are going on that need discussing, also.

WE GOT IT.

There hasn't been an actual highway construction bill since 2009.

Even a do-nothing congress doesn't want mass highway project stoppages and layoffs on its watch.
