After three days (!!) of surgery, a Virginia man has a new face. (graphic picture inside)

The surgery was done at the University of MD's world renown Shock Trauma Center. Over 150 medical professionals were involved, first hand, in the feat. The man is already speaking and brushing his teeth. In addition to the face, he received a new jaw and new teeth.
