Lies, damned lies and Fox News' biased charts

Host Bill Hemmer introduced Obamacare critic Sen. John Barrasso (R-WY) by showing the image below, showing that as of March 27th 6 million of the Obama Administration’s 7 million goal had signed up for insurance. But, contrary to what you might see in said graph, 7 million is not almost three times more than 6 million:
