A modest proposal: Shoot and kill someone, get a drug test

I don't understand why in FL a person wanting food stamps gets a drug test and a person who shoots and kills another person does not.

Zimmerman sounded slurry and paranoid to me - we will never really know if he was shooting under the influence of something because they let him go without so much as peeing in a cup!

a check-up from the neck up?
I really think there should be a psychiatric test, or at least a consultation to decide the state of a person's brain, once said person shoots and kills someone.

The drug test is voluntary for food stamp applicants is voluntary. The person applying for food stamps can choose to starve instead of taking the test.

For a murder suspect, this would be an unlawful search, a violation of privacy. Unless the suspect is black, because lots of black men are in drug-dealing gangs, so that's probable cause to check for drugs.

Thus does the racist conservative mind think...

that forced their way into their home?

Seems worthless/vindictive and supportive of the drug war to me.

If you just go out in public with a loaded gun and take someone's life AT LEAST see if you were in your right mind to "be afraid" or if you were on meth or some other paranoia inducing drug. Is that fair??
