(7,569 posts).....prosecutors could not be held liable for past "mistakes", according to the law. He insisted that he did not knowingly withhold evidence, but I, personally, do not believe that. He's now a white-haired judge. Heart breaking story about the wrongfully convicted's son.

(230 posts)Prosecutorial misconduct will be condoned by Scalia, Scalito, Thomas, Roberts and Kennedy. Unfortunately they may be joined by Sotomayor, who was a career prosecutor.
Withholding exculpatory evidence should be a mandatory death sentence for the entire prosecutorial team on that case, including law enforcement administration officials. Bet that would slow it down. See if the scalp bounty loses its appeal then.
Turnabout would be most delicious schadenfreude.
