Will Mitt Romney denounce Matt Drudge for pushing birtherism? Will the media ask him to?

A World Nut Daily article on Matt's front page today asks this nonsense:

CHICAGO – Did the parents of former Weather Underground terrorist Bill Ayers help finance Barack Obama’s Harvard education?

Did Ayers’ mother believe Obama was a foreign student?

and then goes on to report the testimony to Sheriff Orly Joe Arpaio by a mailman regarding supposed conversations he had with Ayer's wife.

They're really getting desperate - the wingnutty, bullshit conspiracy theories are getting ratcheted up a lot lately by the right. And the GOP's #1 news source on the web seems to be gleefully joining in.

Romney shows Puerto Rico results to the media, courtesy of his favorite website.

Given Mitt's rather public love of and back from the Drudge Report, one has to wonder if he's OK with his ally pushing this kind of fringe nonsense.

Considering the pass Mitt got from the press for flying to Vegas so he could be 'honored' to accepted Birther King and pathological liar Trump's endorsement, it's safe to say Mitt will continue to reap the rewards of his friendship with Drudge, but not be questioned as to whether he supports the tactics the site uses.

More on the love between Mitt and Matt:
