About St. Johns
Located across from the White House, St. Johns, Lafayette Square is known as The Church of the Presidents and is registered as a national historic landmark. Since its first service in October 1816, every United States president has attended a service at St. Johns. The Rev. Dr. Luis León is rector.

And yet, I was a bit surprised to see a PPP poll showing that 45 percent of Alabama Republicans
think Mr. Obama is a Muslim, and only 14 percent know that hes actually a Christian. In Mississippi,
the same poll showed that a majority of Republicans, 52 percent, believe the Muslim lie.
