Indulge my ignorant speculations about the Afghanistan massacre

Just the logistics of it make it hard for me to imagine this was perpetrated by one man. How does one man murder people in at least three houses and pile eleven bodies together to light on fire? I've never lifted a corpse, but lifting one human body is difficult work, let alone eleven. I'm trying to imagine how exactly one kills a person or more in a house, stops to pick them up, goes and kills others, picks them up in turn... it's extremely difficult to imagine how one person could practically accomplish this.

4. Wow. Another cover-up? I think of Pat Tillman; that turned out so well-not.
