I have it too.
Make sure you take your meds and get some physical activity. And absolutely take it one day at a time. I'm a firm believer in these words. "Take Care of Your Self So You Can Take Care of Others."

. . I can well relate as up to 9 months ago I had been living in a trailer with no hook-ups for 6 years, with marginal income. Unexpected windfall allowed me to buy my FIRST home, and provide modest income - It's a "culture shock" (a good one) for sure. ENJOY IT ALL TO HECK - oh by the way
