Actually, a lot of names and supporting details are blacked out...What good does it do to preserve author anonymity?? At any rate, there should be some kind of compilation of the people who ARE named so far...
I'm going through the rest of the reports and it's pretty good shit so far...Especially 'stellar wind', 'NSA collaboration with technology companies', and the 'NSA proposal for broader collection'...
