Jimmy Kimmel had a great piece on this the night before last where he asked people if they preferred the Affordable Care Act to Obamacare which of course they did. He also asked if they liked aspects of it item by item. They loved each piece of Obamacare, hated Obamacare, much like people approved of individual parts of Clinton's economic plan, but opposed it when packaged as Clinton's plan.

It starts out with this woman telling that she has had two bouts of cancer. But she doesn't want her kids to be a number (DUH!) or their health care determined by a bureaucrat as opposed to a bean counter in a for profit insurance company.

There was another one--from the same group--of a white woman with her kid who'd had umpteen thousand
surgeries for a congenital heart problem. All twisted about not being able to trust new docs, because
they had all these wonderful docs.

The ads are clearly designed to appeal to white women who are not well informed. Play into fears
about their families--particularly children. What a bunch of horse shit.
