The Obamacare exchanges open tomorrow. Nothing is stopping that. Period.

Even if the House passes another delay Obamacare bill, the Senate needs a lot of time for committee approval, procedural votes and debate to pass ANYTHING. There is not enough time to delay the exchanges even if everyone voted to do so. The exchanges open for business tomorrow just as certain as the sun rises in the east.

The only way a shutdown is avoided is if the House passes what the Senate has already passed.
