I can't stop thinking of the GOP taking food from American people's mouths.
I do not like republicons,
Because their words are not their bond,
They’ll ship your children overseas,
To fight for “Peace and Liberty,"
Where bullets fly and bombs explode,
Where poor men’s kids their souls erode,
I pray they come back whole and clean,
Back from the hell the hate the mean,
And I wish our country sill could be,
The beacon of democracy,
To trodden folk across the seas,
The victims of wars, hate and greed.
Some child tonight she won’t be fed,
And she'll not sleep in a feather bed,
She won’t have pretty clothes and toys,
Like so many other girls and boys,
She won’t feel hunger in her sleep,
She’ll awake in the morning with little to eat.
I wish this didn’t have to be,
But in third world countries it’s reality,
In far away places like Tennessee,
Or perhaps next door to you or me,
This child makes the best of her horrid life,"
From day to day as she battles strife.
In our grand nation there’s still great need,
And with these few lines I will plant this seed,
Take the money we’d spend on those tanks and planes,
And let’s lift these hungry children from the stress and pain,
In the “Party of God” is there not one man,
Who will represent the little man?
