Keith Olbermann

Seeing KO on Letterman a couple of nights ago made me realize how much I missed him. I don't get current TV (where he was last) or watch ESPN to see him again.

The ratings for Chris Hayes are so low, and he's a nice kid - maybe too young to be taken seriously, but he'd make a terrific sidekick for a bigger star.

O'Reilly has made a fool of himself so many times, and Fox sticks by him. MSNBC apparently for personal reasons doesn't want Olbermann because he's hard to "control." If they ate crow and brought him back, on some nights, they'd almost match the ratings (don't think they'd surpass) Fox's.

Once in a while, KO would get on my nerves, but most of the time, he was riveting on a lot of topics. Maybe is we kept asking, they'd bring him back (even on Sat-Sun at 5:00 ) Email handy below for MSNBC, and the link is for Comcast/Xfinity.

Chris Hayes ratings continue to tank

He showed up a bit stronger in late August and the beginning of September, but has leveled off again.

He's very smart and I don't think he's too young to be taken seriously.

KO brought all that on himself. He kind of turned into a egomaniac.

See his recent "attitude" towards his former employers, here:

He's a litigious fellow, and he costs too much--either upfront or afterwards--more than he's worth.

I don't think anyone would take a chance on him again, outside of sports. He's just not professional. When Al Gore had to fill in because he didn't show up, that was the straw that broke the camel's back.

Maybe Al Jazeera or "RT" will hire him. The former has more cred than the latter, but he'd better not even think about messing with either one of them...!

Yes, he was abrasive and shouttastic, but he was a real voice of dissent, and responsible for bringing some real talent to the channel.

Plus, I miss the special comments.

And its not their fault...They can’t get anyone from the Right to appear on their shows.. Cowards can’t compete with hosts who are well armed with truth and reason.... Consequently becomes a lot of preaching to the choir
which can become tedious..

However without our guys, there would be absolutely no one carrying our message except Bill Moyers and co.
