While gun violence has dropped off the radar, a little boy in TX fights for his life.

This is unconscionable. It is sickening.

Note there is a video on the story page and a picture of the boy in hospital.

Not good enough! I don't care if he has a $2.1 million dollar bond on his stupid ass. His "right" to stand outside and wave a fucking gun and his cavalier attitude of “Yes I shot that kid,” Cloninger reportedly said tells me all I need to know.

Cue the Greek Chorus saying he (the shooter) was standing his fucking ground and the kid once upon a time . . . one day two years ago wore a hoodie' and once upon a time took a ball from someone in preschool and was looking suspicious . . . and therefore that jackhammer had the right. Because he was a violent scary looking thug and well - we know he was going to grow up to be one.

that his attitude was cavalier? I haven't seen any reportage to that effect. (Not yet, anyway.)

I think we need be careful not to read into the accounts facts that aren't there.
