1. He says calls are running 100 to 1 against the war. Intensity of feeling. They're not just
tired of war, they're disgusted with it.

2. Chris Hayes just called him on being "morally obtuse"
when talking about "it's not our concern" I had been wavering on whether or not to sign his petition because I truly respond to the utter coldness of his way of framing the deaths of the Syrian people. It is wrong to insist that people don't care about their fellow human beings. I will not be signing his petition for this reason. I think that war is not necessarily the answer and that there is much yet that is going on behind the scenes between nations that we are not privy to as yet.
BTW, I've signed Grayson's petitions in the past and have lent him support on other issues, but his approach on this matter leaves me cold. |

3. Sadly, it's Chris who's being morally and intellectually obtuse.
Grayson was making an excellent point about ALL lives being lost, being of importance. We're getting all worked up about Syrian lives lost - clearly - as a pretense to war. You know the script.

4. I agree. I've supported him 100% in the past, but on the issue of Syria he has lost me.
He's starting to sound like an isolationist. |

5. I wish we would embrace a bit of isolationism.
If we're weak at home we're not good at helping
others. |
