Tomorrow's Face The Nation will have Martin O'Malley and Chris Christy as guests

O'Malley is all about signing a gay marriage bill that just passed his legislature. There is at least an even chance it will get stalled before it takes affect and will be put to a referendum.

Christy just vetoed one signed by his, saying he wants a referendum.

him a real potential after our President's term is up. It will not be the "repubs turn" in '16, we need someone who will continue all that PO has set in the works.

8. Sorry, I hate to say this, but PO is not doing a good job as you think..

He may be doing an adequate job for most people, but for the true Democrats, PO is going the wrong way.

True Democrats rejects any capitulations by a President to curry favor to the Republicans.

Excuse me, I elected President Obama to reverse all Republican policies that Chimp created for the prior 8 years which has been nothing but disaster.

Instead, President Obama has capitulated one too many times, favoring the crooks of Wall Street and the banksters. Even the common folks like us are being unhappy more and more about the actions of President Obama.

I am waiting for Obama's explanation to why he's screwing the middle class in favor for the 1%.

Perhaps the taste of money has led President Obama astray.

I don't know - what do you think?

If Mike O'Malley wants the job, he has to do exactly the opposite of Obama. That means being a true liberal and not a neo-liberal.

Are you?

I have been voting Democatic since 1994 since I became 18.

Voted Clinton, voted for Dean (eventually Kerry), voted for Obama thinking he's the same as the candidate Obama.

Democratic Underground apparently allows true Democrats T(as in progressive and liberal Democratic, not let's test-the-wind-and-see-which-way-we-go Democrats)

President Obama has constantly ignored his own petitions that he has created - especially the #1 issue - medical marijuana.

He needs to address it and stop the raids, and let the states make their own decisions.

Otherwise, you have Republicans.

And no one here wants Republicans.

so my vote doesn't go astray on RMoney or Racist Paul or Frothy Mixture.

I'm not happy with Obama, but he will still get my vote. That's important, right?

2. I think O'Mally is positioning for 2016

He knows that the Democratic primary electorate, and a growing number of general election voters, favor gay marriage.

2012 will be the last time Democrats nominate a candidate who does not favor gay marriage (and even there, I'm quite convinced that Obama is privately in favor of it, but just has yet to find the courage to say so).

Surely they'd display more elegant manners in public than does the governor of New Jersey.

As for the prospect of Martin O'Malley on the same show with Christie...

15. Christie will probably snarl something nasty in the discourse. He has also riled our new CT governor

who is an affable fellow. Why Christie thought it was in his best interest to Gov. Malloy is beyond me. I think he just likes to hear himself talk. Malloy has made his own "wry" comments about Christie.
