Held in a windowless cell for over 4 days with no contact, he had to drink his own urine. The DEA actually issued an apology which they rarely ever do.
Ridiculous.

A woman was locked for four days in a tiny holding cell in a northern Arkansas courthouse, forgotten by the authorities and left without food or water, the local Sheriffs Department said Tuesday.
The woman, Adriana Torres-Flores, 38, a longtime illegal immigrant from Mexico, slept on the floor with only a shoe for a pillow, and with nothing to drink except her own urine, The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reported. There was no bathroom in the cell.

(11,841 posts)5. How the hell do you "forget" about the guy you put in a cell yesterday?
Or later the SAME day? SOMEONE should be fired for this; at least the agent who put him in there.
Grassley SEEMS to be staying on this; hopefully he will.
