Friess, 1989: Many problems with economy are because people are not obedient to a higher power

More about Foster Friess, little Ricky's sugar daddy:

In 1989, Friess attributed his success to a transformation in the 1970s when he turned his life over to God. Before that, his life had been "chaos," he told the Wilmington Economic Discussion Group. His 7-month-old Michael had fallen ill with bacterial spinal meningitis in 1971, work wasn't going well and his marriage was in disarray, he said in 2001.

Friess said in 1989 that many of the problems with the economy were because people were not obedient to a higher power.

"Today's value system -- the secular humanism of 'anything goes' that replaced the Judeo-Christian tradition -- ain't working," he said in 1989.

living wage so his employees can take care of their families? Just wondering. They are so good as saying I am living a life god wants me to live. Yet they are living it off the backs of their employees who they care less about. I would tell him I am happy you are happy with god. Now just pay me a living wage so I can take care of my family and maybe even close business down on Sunday so I can attend church or spend time with my family.
