I dunno... Sounds a bit like "State Controlled Propaganda" like we do in countries we invade to me.
Sort of like the kind of stuff we used to accuse Soviet Union of doing. You know...those Commies who "spread propaganda" that we used to worry about and armed ourselves against the spread of "State Control of the People." Sort of maybe like North Korea or Iran..as we've been told.
