This guy is as crazy and as rude as they come, can't believe he's still on the air. But every once in awhile he lets the truth slip...
He basically summed up the sentiment of the vast majority of his own radio audience listeners...
Indeed, if Trayvon had been white, you wouldn't see all this support for Zimmerman. You wouldn't see people sending him money.
It's as plain as day. The only reason Zimmy was able to bail out of jail (twice) was because he killed a "black teenage thug" and like a dog whistle, it mobilized a certain segment of our society.
The wanton stereotyping and bare-naked prejudice being displayed by so many of his supporters is so fucking obvious.

something important; that there is a shred
of sanity in everyone. On the same planet,
at least once in a while, on the same

(28,762 posts)amazes me how many people think it's okay to gun down an unarmed man.
Even in the old west they would string this murderer up. Matt Dillon is in tears.

(8,652 posts)Back in the days of Bush II, Michael Savage was the first and loudest critic of the outsourcing of U.S. security to a country that had dealings with Terrorists.
Savage even had Chuck Schumer on his show in support of blocking that deal.
This is the second time I've agreed with Savage.

(13,141 posts)they're also becoming more accountable regarding
the responsibility of having and using a gun.
This sounds like a thoughtful statement
from Michael Savage.
I assume (but don't know) he is a second
amendment fan?
People who want guns and believe it's their right,
who insist responsible gun owners don't
cause problems -- these people need to speak
up, and loudly, when there is a crime such as
Zimmerman's.
When innocent lives are lost
to stupidity vigilanteism carelessness and
all that.

(1,799 posts)I'd love to see responsible gun owners speak up and tell the truth about what Zimmerman did. If indeed that's what Savage is doing, he's the first I've seen.

Keep them whipped up in a frenzy so they will continue to send money to Z and other Corporate RW causes.

(11,119 posts)Would George Zimmerman have even noticed Trayvon Martin if Trayvon Martin was white? Would GZ have called the police or stalked TM if TM were white?

(9,289 posts)As if the case were as simple as he portrays it to be. "Zimmerman got out of car with gun. Martin had no gun. Zimmerman shoot Martin dead. Therefore, Zimmerman guilty." What a fucking stupid argument.
So anyone who chooses to arm or protect themselves is automatically deemed at fault by the morons of society...
Great plan...

(77 posts)I have a certain amount of affection for him - maybe because of his storytelling and unique personality (don't know what else to call it) Havn't for a while tho ---all the reading from and promotion of those damnable books of his!
He has a certain amount of liberal/lefty stuff in him, and has admitted it on occasion. Doesn't emphasize it tho, probably because he knows which side his bread is buttered on.
Also, he is perfectly capable of turning completely around tomorrow or next week!

(966 posts)I wonder how his audience felt about these comments!?
This is the second time I find myself agreeing with him. The first was on the night of the Sandy Hook massacre, when he said "People are going to call me a liberal, but enough is enough" and he went off against people that keep stockpiles of weapons in their house, went off against assault weapons, and some of the loopholes that allow people with mentally unstable people in the house to obtain guns.
