The U.S District Judge James Moody sentenced Ravinder Reddy Allala to 40 months in federal prison for visa fraud and conspiracy .Laconia Associates Inc., a Tampa Information technology consulting firm and employee leasing company operated by Allala, submitted fake H1B visa applications for Indian nationals between 2006 and 2010. These type of crimes should not be accepted and not let them release that much easily. Necessary action should be taken on them.
