How stupid is Herman Cain

At CPAC he said that Republicans had to be sure to be smarter than the stupid people. Now that has to be one of the stupidest statements ever made. He has to tell Republicans they need to be smarter than stupid people. I guess if he hadn’t told them, they would just settle for being the same as the stupid people. But you see for Herman Cain, trying to be smarter than stupid people is a major challenge.

If that wasn’t enough, he said there aren’t that many of them (stupid people), he counted them. Now someone with half a brain would realize that if Herman Cain thinks there aren’t very many people he classifies as stupid, his standards must be pretty low.
