Why did this person still have a job after the first incident?
A Broward teacher fights back after her students say she made inappropriate racial remarks.
Leslie Ranier who teaches at Blanche Ely High School says when she made comments to a Haitian student like, "You got one time, chocolate" and "Look, little chocolate boy," she was referring to chocolate candies she gives to students.
Ranier was captured on video using a pointer pointing to her student's face making the comments and Superintendent Robert Runcie is recommending unpaid suspension and diversity training for Ranier.
This isn't the first time Ranier has had an issue, she was re-assigned after her and another faculty member reportedly threw holy water at an athiest woman.
The Broward County School Board is still investigating the incident.
